Terms and Conditions for KPI Logo Download:
KPI grants to You for the Term a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, non-assignable, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use the KPI Logo in the Territory solely for the Agreed Use as and subject to the restrictions set out in this Licence and all trade mark laws and copyright laws applicable in the Territory. You shall not use the KPI Logo in any way which may or would likely result in the KPI Logo becoming generic, losing its distinctiveness, becoming liable to mislead the public, or being detrimental to the reputation in the KPI Logo or the reputation of KPI. For the avoidance of doubt, You shall use the KPI Logo for the Agreed Use and shall not alter the KPI Logo in any way. You shall not be permitted to sell, transfer, assign, sublicense or subcontract any right or obligation under this Licence without the prior written consent of KPI. You acknowledge and agree that KPI is the proprietor of the KPI Logo and You agree that the KPI Logo (and all rights therein) including the Copyright shall remain vested in KPI or its successors in title.
